Vegan Indonesian with Zacchary Bird
Learn about Indonesian eating styles from Zacchary Bird including an introduction to cooking tempeh properly and a feast made of naturally vegan friendly dishes from Indonesian cuisine. You’ll get hands on to build the components for the famous Nasi Campur (mixed rice) or Nasi Pecel (peanut salad rice). Then, sit down to a shared Rijstaffel feast (Dutch colonial style rice table) using all the Indonesian cooking elements you’ll have made over the duration of the class.
